(Electronic Commerce Business Operator). *These Terms and Conditions shall apply mutatis mutandis to electronic commerce using personal computer communication, wireless, etc., unless contrary to their nature. Article 2 (Definitions) (i) The term "DERMATHOD" refers to a hypothetical business office established by Course Plan Co., Ltd. so that goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") can be transacted using information and communications equipment such as computers, and is also used as a business operator of cyber malls. (ii) The term "user" means members and non-members who access "DERMATHOD" and receive services provided by "DERMATHOD" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. "(3) ""Membership"" is a person who has registered as a member of ""DERMATHOD"" and is able to use the services provided by ""DERMATHOD"" continuously." ④ "Non-member" means a person who uses the service provided by "DERMATHOD" without being a member. Article 3 (Explanation, explanation, and revision of the terms and conditions, etc. (i) "DERMATHOD" means the contents and trade name of these Terms and Conditions and the name of the representative, the address of the business office (including the address of the place where the consumer's dissatisfaction can be handled), telephone number, copy transmission number, e-mail address, business registration number, mail order business notification number, personal information manager, etc. are easily understood by the user. It will be posted on the initial service screen (full page) of 00 Cyber Mall. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be seen by the user on the consolidated screen. (ii) Before the user agrees to the terms and conditions, the "DERMATHOD" must provide a separate consolidation screen or pop-up screen so that the user can understand the important contents of the terms and conditions such as withdrawal of the contract, responsibility for delivery, and refund. (iii) DERMATHOD may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate the relevant laws, such as the "Law on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce," the "Law on Regulation of Terms and Conditions," the "Electronic Financial Transaction Law," the "Electronic Signature Law," the "Law on Promotion of Use of Information and Communications Networks and Protection of Information," the "Law on Door-to-Door Sales," and the "Consumer Basic Law." (iv) When "DERMATHOD" revises the terms and conditions, clearly indicate the date of application and the reason for the revision, and notify the initial screen of the mall together with the current terms and conditions from 7 days prior to the date of application until the day before the date of application. However, if we change the terms and conditions disadvantageous to the users, we will notify them with a grace period of at least 30 days. In this case, "Mall" clearly compares the contents before and after revision and displays them in a way that is easy for users to understand. (v) In the event that "DERMATHOD" revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions shall only apply to contracts concluded on or after the applicable date, and the terms and conditions prior to the revision shall remain applicable to contracts concluded prior to that date. However, if a user who has already concluded a contract sends a notice to "Mall" within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions and obtains the consent of "Mall", the revised terms and conditions will be applied. (vi) Matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines for Electronic Commerce, etc. and related laws and regulations or business customs provided by the Fair Trade Commission. Article 4 (Provision and alteration of services) ① DERMATHOD performs the following tasks: 1. Provision of information and conclusion of purchase contracts for goods and services 2. Delivery of goods or services with purchase contracts 3. Other business activities specified by "DERMATHOD" (ii) "DERMATHOD" may change the contents of goods or services provided under a contract concluded in the future in the event of a shortage of goods or services or a change in technical specifications. In such cases, the content of the goods or services that have been modified and the date of delivery shall be clearly indicated, and the current content of the goods or services shall be immediately notified. (iii) In the event that the contents of the service contracted with the user are changed to a reason such as a shortage of goods or a change in technical specifications provided by DERMATHOD, the user shall be notified of the reason immediately to the address at which the user can be notified. (iv) In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, "DERMATHOD" shall compensate the user for any damages incurred as a result. However, this shall not apply if the "DERMATHOD" proves that it is not intentional or negligent. Article 5 (Discontinuance of Service) (i) "DERMATHOD" can temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a maintenance, inspection, or replacement of information and communication facilities such as computers, or a failure of communication. (ii) DERMATHOD will compensate for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of the provision of services due to the reasons specified in Paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply if the "DERMATHOD" proves that it is not intentional or negligent. (iii) In the event that the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business type, abandonment of business, or integration between business operators, "DERMATHOD" shall notify the user in the manner prescribed in Article 8 and shall compensate the consumer in accordance with the conditions originally set forth in "DERMATHOD." However, if the "DERMATHOD" does not inform the user of the compensation criteria, the user will be paid mileage or reserve funds in kind or cash corresponding to the currency value that can be used in the "DERMATHOD". Article 6 (Membership) (i) After filling out the member information in accordance with the registration form stipulated by DERMATHOD, the user applies for the membership registration by expressing his/her intention to agree to these Terms and Conditions. (ii) "DERMATHOD" will be registered as a member unless the following items are met among users who have applied for membership as described in paragraph 1. 1. In the event that the applicant has lost his/her membership in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions, this shall not apply to the case where three years have passed since he/she lost his/her membership in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 3 and he/she has obtained his/her consent to rejoin DERMATHOD. 2. Cases where there is a false entry, omission, or misstatement in the registration contents 3. Other cases where it is deemed that registration as a member is significantly detrimental to the technology of "DERMATHOD" (iii) The time when the membership registration contract is concluded is the time when the consent of DERMATHOD reaches the members. (iv) If there is a change in the registered matters at the time of member registration, the member must notify the change by revising the member information within a reasonable period of time. Article 7 (Resignation of membership, loss of qualification, etc.) ① Members may request withdrawal from DERMATHODat any time, and DERMATHOD will immediately process withdrawal. ② DERMATHOD may restrict or suspend membership if the membership falls under any of the following reasons: 1. When registering false information at the time of application for membership 2. Cases where the payment for the goods, etc. purchased using "DERMATHOD" and other debts borne by the members in connection with the use of "DERMATHOD" are not paid on the due date. 3. Cases where the electronic commerce order is threatened by obstructing the use of the "DERMATHOD" by others or by plagiarizing such information. 4. Cases where laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions prohibit the use of the "DERMATHOD" or act contrary to public order and morality (iii) If the same act is repeated more than once after the membership is restricted or suspended, or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the membership may be lost. ④ If "DERMATHOD" loses membership, the membership will be deleted. In this case, we will notify the members of this and give them the opportunity to make a prima facie showing for a period of at least 30 days before cancelling their registration. Article 8 (Notice to Members) "(1) When ""DERMATHOD"" notifies a member, the member can make an agreement with ""DERMATHOD"" in advance and use the designated email address." ② In the case of notification to unspecified large number of members, DERMATHOD can be substituted for individual notification by posting it on the DERMATHOD bulletin board for more than one week. However, we will notify you individually about matters that may have a serious impact on the transactions of the members themselves. Article 9 (Application for purchase, consent to provide personal information, etc.) (i) Users of Dharma Sword shall apply for purchase on Dharma Sword by the following or similar methods, and Dharma Sword shall provide the following information in an easy-to-understand manner when users apply for purchase: 1. Searching for and selecting goods, etc. 2. Enter the recipient's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address (or mobile phone number), etc. 3. Confirmation of the contents of the terms and conditions, the services that restrict the right to withdraw the contract, delivery and installation costs, etc. 4. Choosing a Payment Method (2) When "DERMATHOD" needs to provide personal information to a third party, it is necessary to notify the purchaser of 1) the recipient of personal information, 2) the purpose of use of the personal information of the recipient of the personal information, 3) the item of the personal information to be provided, 4) the retention of the personal information of the recipient and the period of use of the personal information, and to obtain consent.
